Today is 105 years old birthday of Momofuku Ando, inventor of instant noodle and cup noodle. The former product was introduced since 1958, while the latter product was introduced and popularised since 1971. Few years ago, in 2005, space noodle was invented so that astronauts in spaceship can consume and enjoy the delicacies of noodles!

Therefore, I wish to say thank you to Momofuku Ando; due to the presence of these kind of noodles, we can eradicate food hunger from time to time (some may feel hungry when doing their works during midnight), and also from place to place for those who travel in distant destinations. Besides that, these products have transformed post-war Japan into a strong nation with sophisticated technologies....

Thank you, our great inventor of instant noodle! For me, his contribution was equally significant with Mother Teresa (who also born in 1910 too)!
