Jerusalem is the capital of Palestine even though its Eastern parts are occupied by Israeli regime since 1967. Period.
At the same time, Jerusalem should be made as international-administrated city as it is the spiritual capital of monotheistic religions, namely Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
