As expected, Donald Trump's personal Twitter account is suspended permanently. This reason or justification given by the company is to prevent seditious content from publishing within 2 weeks towards Joseph R. Biden Jr's inauguration as 46th President of USA. His last tweet was about brief announcement about his absence in the inauguration session on upcoming 20 January (Source: https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1347569870578266115?s=20).

Well, it seems like Establishment and Deep State (Big Tech, intelligence cable, mainstream media etc) finally and successfully revenge and give a very very big F to Donald Trump, a populist who gained huge popularity and victory in 2016 presidential election. The same big F is also given to those who stand with him.
