WTF IS 'FULL MCO'?

MCO 1.0 implemented since 18 March until 3 May 2020 was successfully suppressing infection curve. So we should have it again now.

One more thing I want to emphasize:

MCO is MCO!

What the fuck is 'Full MCO'?

Does it imply a 'Half-full MCO' too?
