ELON MUSK & TWITTER

Recently Elon Musk shocked the whole world by acquiring Twitter after a deal was finalised between him and the management board. He thus became famous personality among the world while irritating the Left  (or Woke) in America who advocate speech censorship under the name of 'content moderation' and 'war on disinformation'. Classical liberal and Pro-Trump conservative have proclaimed 25 April 2022 as the victory day of freedom of speech in American and Western civilisation.

Elon Musk is an entrepreneur and billionaire which initiate Tesla and SpaceX. He ready to purchase Twitter to restore freedom of speech in Biden's America. Although his move has been disputed as opening floodgate of hate and uncontrolled speech into the social media, but his move is aligned with freedom of speech which is essential component of modern constitutional democracy. Instead of being indotrinated with one-sided 'regime-approved' narative, we as citizen shoud get accessed with information, idea, opinion and argument from all sides before judging an issue by our own mind. This is important for us to decide and elect future leadership in any election. Yes, to combat disinformation is to allow more speech so that check and balance can be done by our mind. With freedom of speech, attitude and ability of everyone, ESPECIALLY PEOPLE-CHOSEN POLITICIANS to express themselves in social media can be judged based on what and how he/she said/commented.

Therefore, I salute with Elon Musk's move to restore freedom of speech in social media. Of course, that principle is always accompanied with rule of law in order to curb cybercrime and violence from time to time.
