p/s: I hope water spinach or 'kangkung', a vegetable that become well-known throughout Malaysia and also the world currently, will also be another popular dish in Chinese New Year Eve's dinner... Perhaps local Chinese families will cook and prepare that vegetable into a delicious gourmet... Hehe...
