FRIED ARROWHEAD/ 炸芽菇
Arrowhead (Sagittaria sagittifolia) is another tuber that usually cooked in daily household besides potato. Most of it in local market are imported from China. Besides that, fried arrowhead is an unique chip which usually made by Chinese family. This kind of chip appears only by Chinese New Year season. That's means arrowhead is quite rare in usual days except during that festival season.

The arrowheads' external cover were stripped before frying process.
My mom fried arrowhead while slicing the arrowhead into pieces by using a simple device.
Well... This is the finished product- fried arrowhead!!! If we put some salt, the fried arrowhead will become more delicious... :)
